Shipping:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. We use US Standard and Priority Mail as well as FedEx. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some items are available for local pick up only, like framed prints and canvas gallery wrap art. If you are ordering a custom photography item (not in stock) please contact the Studio and arrangements can be made to drop-ship from our photolab for an added fee.
International Delivery:
If you would like your order shipped anywhere other than the United States, please call or email before placing your order. Your order will be manually processed after confirming delivery fees.
Local Pick Up:
If you would like to pick up your order at the Studio, please select that option under Shipping. Do not select "Local Pick Up" to avoid shipping charges -- this will just hold up your order, and it will not be shipped. We also have a limited delivery area, so if the timing is right, we may be able to drop off your order at no extra charge. We will coordinate this with you at the time you place your order.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
